Policies and Rules

  • No pets allowed.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. The reservation holder must be present during the stay.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy. Please keep outside noise at a respectful level.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Fees and Payments

  • Beech Mountain Club guest access privileges may require additional fees and a transfer form.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE:
    • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival: refund of deposit.
    • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival: refund of half of deposit.
    • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival: no refund unless rebooked.
    • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Winter Travel

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during snow/ice. It is your responsibility to be prepared for winter weather. No refunds will be issued if you are not prepared.
  • Free parking available onsite.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well-stocked kitchen with utensils for meal preparation.
  • "Starter set" of paper products provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These are sufficient for approximately one or two nights.
